The half marathon and 10K set off through the high-rise buildings of downtown Des Moines, take in a loop around the lake and the downtown arboretum, and finish in one of the largest urban parks in America. The 5K is run the day before.

The Des Moines Women's Half Marathon is a unique and empowering event held annually at Jasper Winery, inviting women of all ages and abilities to run 13.1 miles through downtown Des Moines streets, trails, and parks. It features a weekend of races including a Saturday 5K and Sunday Half Marathon, 10K, and Team Relay, with post-race festivities like live music, wine, and swag.
