A flat, fast evening loop through Dublin Docklands, starting near the Samuel Beckett Bridge. It runs to the Matt Talbot Bridge, crosses to the North Quay and out to the 3 Arena. The finish is at Capital Dock on Sir John Rogersons Quay.
