Course
Trail courses starting and finishing at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park in Lampe. Hilly and somewhat rocky but generally not technical, with rocks, mud and stream crossings throughout. The 15K carries two aid stations; the 25K and 50K have four to eight, spaced four to five miles apart. The 25K and 50K run on the Saturday, the 15K on the Sunday.
