Run on the groomed trails of Fort Yargo State Park over rolling hills, starting and finishing at Entrance B, 210 South Broad Street, Winder. The 20K is four separate 5K segments, each capped at 45 minutes with recovery time between; the 10K is two such segments. The field is capped at 225.
