Course
Three point-to-point races down the Wales Coast Path, all finishing at the Norwegian Church on Cardiff Bay Barrage. The 100-mile starts at Worm's Head, Rhossili Bay, the 50-mile at Kenfig Sands and the 30-mile at Dunraven Bay, on clear non-technical trails taking in golden beaches, steep dunes, shingle and Afan Forest singletrack. Ascent is about 3,400m, 1,300m and 460m; aid stations number 12, 7 and 4.
