An out-and-back road race starting and finishing at Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. The route runs along the tarred Kruisfontein Road at altitude, with turning points setting the 21 km, 10 km and fun-run distances. All distances share the same scenic sealed-road course.

Dullstroom Scenic Altitude 3-in-1 is a road race in the Mpumalanga highveld town of Dullstroom, set among the Steenkampsberg mountains at over 2,000m above sea level. Runners can enter the 5km, 10km or 21km distance, following rolling grassland roads around the town best known for trout fishing.
