Course
A lapped course around Howth Head, run clockwise so the climb comes first and the descent brings sea views. Longer distances repeat the loop, on established paths and roads with marshalled road crossings. Registration and the start are at Balscadden car park. Water and refreshments are at the start of each lap and again after the summit on the way down.
