Course
The 8K starts and finishes inside the park off Jackson Road, with turnarounds at the basketball courts and on the hiker-biker trail. The organiser publishes a course map. A 0.8-mile Young Run circling the lake is held beforehand.

A confirmed date shows its day; a provisional one shows only its month, because we won't claim a day we don't have. This page is rebuilt every night from the RunCalendar catalogue.
