The ERC Stride 5K is a run and walk at Shirley C. Franklin/Westside Park in Atlanta, staged by the Empowerment Resource Center to mark World Mental Health Day. It raises awareness of mental health issues across Atlanta communities and supports people and families living with a mental health diagnosis.
