A night race on Highway 375, the road the federal government named the Extraterrestrial Highway in 1996, running along the fringe of Area 51 near Rachel, Nevada. All five distances are run on the paved highway under a full moon, on open high-desert terrain with almost no lighting beyond the runners' own.
