F^3 Cap Sauers Trail Marathon & 10 Mile

Course

Run on the wide Sag Valley horse trail at Cap Sauers Holding, with little to no technical footing. The 10 Mile is a single circuit with aid at roughly miles 3, 5 and 8. The marathon covers two of those circuits plus a final 10K out-and-back to the west aid station. Expect two-way traffic and horses on course.
