Course
The 5 mile and 5K start together at 8:30 am at Shawsheen Square, the junction of Routes 28 and 133 in Andover, and both are run on roads. A kids fun run over 60 metres, 400 metres or 1 kilometre goes off at 7:45 am on the Balmoral Street track. Aid station detail is not published.

Now in its 39th year, this Andover race draws about 7,000 participants and is billed as the largest Thanksgiving Day road race in Massachusetts. Runners choose a 5-mile or 5K distance starting at Shawsheen Square, and proceeds fund $2,000 scholarships plus other community organizations.
