Course
A ten-mile coastal race starting and finishing at the bottom of Bent Hill on the Felixstowe promenade, a short walk from the leisure centre. Nearly all of it is tarmac promenade, pavement or road, with one stretch of sometimes heavy shingle between the Ferry and the Martello Tower that rules the course out for wheelchair competitors. Three water stations plus water at the finish.

A club 10-mile road race run by Felixstowe Road Runners along the Suffolk coast, named for club stalwart Richard Bennett. The course follows the coastline out from the town's seafront.
