An out-and-back time trial on Firelane 1 in Forest Park. Runners climb 2.23 miles to the top, tag a gate and descend the same route for 4.45 miles in total, with grades over 20 percent in places. The course crosses the Wildwood and Leif Erikson trails. Start and finish are at the Firelane 1 lower trailhead near 4332 Northwest St Helens Road.
