Course
A 5km loop along the river through shady forest in the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters, starting and finishing at the Drage Reserve car park in Felixstow. Shorter distances cover part of the loop and longer distances repeat it. There is one aid station on course, plus a bag drop. The run starts at 4pm and walkers are accepted.
