Course

A clockwise loop from the USSSF Monument parking lot at El Camino del Mar, descending past Seal Rock and along the Lands End Trail past Eagles Point toward Baker Beach, reversing at the Sand Ladder. Mixed paved and dirt/gravel surfaces with a 15-minute-per-mile pace limit.
