Course
A 5k-ish trail run starting from the Good Hops car park, crossing Dow Road under police control and turning hard left onto single track in Carolina Beach State Park. Expect soft sand, roots, rocks and uneven ground on an out-and-back loop, with water at miles one and two and the finish just before the return to the greenway.

This 5k(ish) beer run/walk starts at Good Hops Brewing and runs through the trails in Carolina Beach State Park. Runners over 21 receive a pint tumbler and beer, with post-race awards and festivities at the brewery.[1]
