Course
A flat out and back on rail trail, starting and finishing at Shippensburg Township Park on Britton Road. Water and sports drink are set every 2 miles from mile 2, under a 4 hour limit. The half starts at 8:00am, the 5K at 8:15am and the 10K at 9:15am.
