Course
Multiple laps of a well-marked 6.5 mile loop at Southeast Metro Park, Del Valle, south-east of Austin. The loop mixes rough jeep road, single-track and double-track, with rocky descents, steep pinches and creek-bed crossings through mesquite and oak alongside Onion Creek, for roughly 640 feet of gain a lap. Two aid stations — start/finish and past halfway — carry water, Tailwind, snacks and fruit. Starts are staggered from 6:30am.
