Course
Starts and finishes at Gulf Beach Recreation Area in Milford, running along the shoreline and over the Silver Sands State Park boardwalk. The USATF-certified course is flat throughout. Five aid stations stocked with water and Gatorade Endurance sit at miles 2.75, 4.75, 6.75, 8.75 and 10.75, with toilets at the start/finish and at four points on course.
