A flat, fast and certified course on waterfront trail and service roads around Confederation Park in Hamilton, where every distance starts and finishes. Aid stations carry water and electrolyte drink — one on the 5K, two on the 10K, and roughly every 3 km on the half and full marathon, with dedicated feed stations for nutrition.
