A circuit of the spa town of Harrogate on mostly country paths, taking in the wooded Nidd Gorge and the valleys around the town. Three distances are offered: 14.3 miles, 20.3 miles and a 34.3-mile ultra, the longest adding the Knaresborough Round loop.
