Course
A nine-mile loop on open residential roads starting and finishing at Kalama Valley Park. Runners head against traffic along Kealahou Street toward Sandy Beach, turn at Kalanianaole Highway and return via Hawaii Kai Drive, including a climb known as Heartbreak Hill. Three aid stations roughly every 2.5 miles carry water, electrolytes and snacks. The event is cupless and roads stay open to traffic.
