A flat, USATF-certified course run on paved trails along the Zumbro River in Rochester. The half marathon starts and finishes at Soldiers Memorial Field with hydration at miles 3, 5, 6.5, 8 and 10.5; the 5K has a single aid station at mile 2.75.
