Run on sealed off-road shared paths through Linear Park, following the River Torrens / Karrawirra Parri. The 30km and 21.1km are point-to-point from Athelstone Primary School into the city; the 5km and 10km are out-and-back from Bonython Park. Drink stations are provided along the course.

The Hills to Henley River Run takes advantage of sealed off-road trails through Linear Park following the River Torrens / Karrawirra Parri from Athelstone to Henley Beach. Runners can choose from 30km, 21.1km, 10km, or 5km distances along the scenic Linear Park trails.
