A flat course through the 68-acre historic Honey Horn Park on Hilton Head Island, on a mix of paved roads and gravel paths among live oaks and salt marsh, finishing near the park pavilion. Runner- and walker-friendly. A kids 5K and a 400 m fun run for under-8s run alongside the main 5K.

The Hilton Head Firecracker 5K is an Independence Day run and walk through Honey Horn Park on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. A kids 5K and a 400-metre fun run are held alongside the main race, and the finish area hosts food trucks, awards and a most-patriotic-dressed prize.
