About
The Höllwand-Marathon (Rennsteigquerung) is a trail race in the Thuringian Forest near Bad Salzungen, crossing the Rennsteig ridge path to Wartburg Castle in Eisenach and back. Courses of 10K, 21K and 42K climb the steep 'Höllwand' section that gives the race its name.
