Course

Both races start and finish at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground and pass more than 50 horse farms. The marathon opens with a quarter mile on the paved Legacy Trail, heads out and back along Iron Works Pike and Mt. Horeb Pike, then returns to the Legacy Trail for the final 10 miles. Nineteen hydration stations serve the marathon and eight the half.
