Course
From the Nederhouser Building at Olander Park the 5K crosses Sylvania Avenue into the Farmbrook neighbourhood, picks up the University Parks Trail to McCord Road, heads north through Monarch Meadows and returns to circle Olander Lake to finish. The 10K extends along the University Parks trail to Holland Sylvania before rejoining the 5K course; the 1 Mile is a single loop of the lake.
