Course
A last-person-standing race on a flat-ish two-mile lap in and around the Royal Cornwall Events Centre, with plenty of twists and turns and a mixture of tarmac and grass underfoot. Runners get 30 minutes for the first lap and one minute less for each lap after it; thirteen laps make a marathon.

About
Hourglass is a unique last person standing running event where participants complete progressively challenging laps with decreasing time limits. Runners must strategically pace themselves as the allocated time for each lap reduces, testing both physical endurance and mental strategy. The event offers an innovative twist on traditional running competitions, challenging participants to outlast their competitors on a mixed terrain course.
Save Hourglass to your season and RunCalendar reminds you the morning entries open and before they close. Free on iPhone, no account needed.
