Course
Starts and finishes at La Petite France Café in Howick, looping through Preston Dairy Farm and Westphalia Avocado Farm. The route runs on rolling grassland and winding singletrack with views over Albert Falls Dam. Courses are 5 km, 10 km and 19 km, with one to three aid stations depending on distance and no compulsory kit.
