Course
An evening multi-terrain race through the National Trust's Ickworth Park estate, starting and finishing at the event arena. The route follows limestone paths, footpaths, woodland and meadows across rolling parkland. The 10K sets off at 18:45 and the 5K at 18:55. Cupless event: runners carry their own bottle to refill at water stations.

A Raw Trails evening race across the historic Ickworth Estate near Bury St Edmunds, timed to finish as the sun sets. Runners choose the 10K or 5K, crossing parkland around the Georgian Rotunda and the estate's deer park.
