Course
A four-race summer cross-country series at Cobbs Hill Park in Rochester, New York. The 5K runs mostly on grass and trail with short stretches of pavement, marked with coloured flags and staffed by marshals rather than fully closed to the public. Kids' fun runs of 50m, a quarter-mile and a half-mile are held alongside.

About
The 5k will be a cross country style race around Cobb's Hill Park. Most of the race will be on grass and trails with some short stretches on pavement (see the course map below for more detail). The course will be marked with brightly colored flags and there will be several marshals on course to help runners.
