Course

A fast, flat road route along the Blouberg coastline north of Cape Town, with only about 50m of total elevation gain over the marathon distance. The 42km is an official Comrades and Two Oceans qualifier and starts Saturday at 05:30; 21km, 10km and 5km run staggered starts on Sunday.
