Starts and finishes at Portman Road, home of Ipswich Town FC, running down Duke Street and through the Ipswich Waterfront before heading along Cliff Lane and around the River Orwell. The route returns via Wherstead Road and Grafton Way to finish back at the stadium, on roads and paved waterfront throughout.
