Islay Half Marathon

Course

A circular road half marathon starting and finishing in Bowmore on Islay, passing the Round Church, crossing farmland by Cruach Road and heading out towards Islay Airport before returning on the Low Road. The course is a mix of flats and inclines through open island scenery.

About

The Islay Half Marathon takes in the stunning scenery of the Isle of Islay in Scotland. The 13.1 mile circular route starts from the village of Bowmore then heads out to Islay Airport and back. The course is undulating, flattening towards the end of race.
