Course
An out-and-back on the Kedumba firetrail, starting and finishing at the Old Queen Victoria Hospital on Kings Tableland Road, Wentworth Falls. Both courses run fast downhill into the Jamison Valley and climb back out the same way — the 10km turns at 5km, the 21km drops to the valley floor and crosses the river first. Aid stations sit at 5km and 10.5km, and every runner must carry at least 500mL of water.
