Kennekuk Road Runners - Mountain Goat

Course

5K out-and-back at Kickapoo State Recreation Area, run once, twice or three times for the 5k, 10k and 15k. The organiser states the surface as 90% asphalt and 10% surfaced accessible trail. One aid station sits at the foot of the hill, about halfway along the out-and-back.
