Course
A backyard ultra from Lillyroo's Glamping on Sandwich Road near Deal, running a 4.167-mile yard every hour on the hour until one runner remains. The loop is a flat, wide, easily followed gravel trail out and back across coastal marshland with only about 8m of climb per lap. A seven-hour, seven-lap option is also offered.
