About
The Kirishima-Ebino Kogen Extreme Trail runs through Kirishima-Yaku National Park on the Miyazaki-Kagoshima border, starting and finishing at Ebino Highland Picnic Ground. The roughly 66km route combines forest roads, hiking trails, and volcanic terrain, passing thermal pools and the Kurinoyama peak. Entrants must have completed a 30km-plus trail race within the prior two years.
