About
The Kishu Kuchikumano Marathon runs through Kamitonda in Wakayama, following part of the UNESCO World Heritage Kumano Kodo pilgrimage road. The course passes the Tomita River, plum groves on mountain slopes and farmland, with gentle ups and downs, uphill in the first half and downhill later.
