Course

Starts and finishes at Knysna High School sports field on Waterfront Drive, with the marathon away at 07:00 and the half at 08:00. Both routes climb into the indigenous forest above the town on gravel forestry roads, opening onto a view over the Knysna lagoon and The Heads before the descent to the finish. The race is run as part of the Knysna Oyster Festival.
