Course
Starts and finishes at Lake Manchester Reserve, west of Brisbane. The 23km heads up past the dam and along the western shore, loops clockwise around the far end of the lake including four creek crossings, then returns up the western side. Trail and grassed tracks, with water at about 5km, 7km and 11km and limited food at the 11km checkpoint.
