Two trail courses, a 10K and a 21km half, starting at Leighton Hall and finishing under the Lakeland Trails gantry in the event village. The routes cross private land around the hall and the Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape on mainly hard-packed scenic trail, with occasional mud and a few road sections.
