Course
A 10K on the quiet Lakeland roads of the Great Langdale Valley, starting and finishing at the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel event field. One water station sits at 5.6km. The roads stay open to other traffic, so runners keep left and no more than two abreast. There is a two-hour limit and a 50-minute cutoff at halfway.
