Course
A single lap of the Great and Little Langdale valleys from a start and finish at the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel field, with a 1-in-4 climb to Blea Tarn. The half runs one lap, the marathon two. Surface is undulating single-track road, partly fresh tarmac and partly potholed and loose near Blea Tarn. Water at about 3, 6 and 10 miles.

A beautiful, challenging course set with a backdrop of some of the finest scenery the Lake District has to offer. This isn't a flat, boring course designed for an outright PB, it's an undulating (some may say hilly) route designed for its views and the sense of achievement.
