Flat lap course run inside Serendip Sanctuary, a wildlife reserve on Windermere Road, Lara that is otherwise closed to the public. Start and finish are at Pirra Homestead; the 10km is two laps and the 5km run/walk is one lap, with a 1.5km kids dash.

The Lara Fun Run & Walk is held inside Serendip Sanctuary near Geelong, a wildlife reserve that is otherwise closed to the public. It offers a 10km run, a 5km run/walk and a 1.5km kids dash on a flat lap course starting and finishing at Pirra Homestead. Entries are taken online through Race Roster.
