Course
A two-lap 10K over a 5 km loop, run mainly on footpaths with short sections of country lane. The going is flat to undulating and multi-terrain, with regular water stations and yellow direction signs on route. A children's fun run is held around the playing field.

The Lawford 10K Run is a mixed terrain race organised by Manningtree Rotary in association with Lawford Football Club. It welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities, includes a children's fun run, and raises funds for local and international causes.
