Course
Marked, timed courses starting and finishing at the base of the Mont Sutton ski station in the Eastern Townships, with free parking. The 1 km is a wide flat path for children and beginners and the 5 km an introductory trail where walking is allowed; the 10 km mixes singletrack with rolling trail and the 21 km adds longer technical sections where runners must carry their own water. Water is available on every distance, with aid stations on the 5, 10 and 21 km.
