About

Les Foulées Gourmandes offers the 9th edition of the 13km non-timed fun run on a nature course with 4 gourmet tasting points, starting in Langrune-sur-mer. The event combines sports, celebration, discovery of historic sites, indulgence, and social support. Good mood, sharing, effort, and festivity are the watchwords of this event. The course, with its very regular markings, crosses the promenade dykes with its beautiful villas, the beaches at low tide, and part of the coastal path. You will cross four historic communes of the Côte de Nacre marked by the June 6, 1944 landing: Langrune-sur-mer, Saint-Aubin-sur-mer, Bernières-sur-mer, and Courseulles-sur-mer.
